By placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Handmade Products

All of our crochet items are handmade. As each item is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order will be made (if applicable) or shipped.

5. Processing Times

Made-to-order items require production time before shipping. Estimated processing times are provided on each product listing but may vary depending on order volume or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can arrange a suitable solution.

8. Custom Orders

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun and are non-refundable unless required by New Zealand consumer law.

9. Product Care

Care instructions are provided where applicable. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or misuse of our products.

10. Safety

Some crochet products may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children without supervision. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended user.

11. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
